To treat injuries
When you add salt to an open wound it causes short term pain, but it does speed up the healing process. Add two teaspoons of salt in a glass of water and just apply the mixture on the wound.
To make a body scrub.
Salt can serve as a great body peel scrub. Just add two spoons of rough sea salt to half a cup of coconut oil and use it as the mixture as a scrub.
To treat headaches
When you suffer from a headache or a migraine just drink a glass of water with a spoon of salt. It is effective in less than 15 minutes.
Mix two tablespoons of salt to a cup of olive oil and rub your legs with it to make your skin smooth and soft.
