Avocados are extremely beneficial or health, and if you learn a recipe to prepare a delicious dessert containing them- everyone in the family will simply love you!
The chocolate avocado pudding is really easy to prepare and so tasty!
Avocadoes support the ability of the body to absorb fat-soluble nutrients from other fruits and vegetables, like lutein, alpha, and beta-carotene.
They have potent antibacterial and antifungal properties which boost the immune system, and are rich in the amino acid lecithin, which prevents weight gain, liver overload, and boosts the function of the brain.
These fruits are high in plant sterols, like beta-sitosterol, which have potent antiestrogenic properties. They inhibit the estrogen receptors in cells and lower estrogen absorption rates, thus raising the levels of progesterone in women and testosterone in men.
Avocados also have powerful anti-aging qualities concentrated in the flesh and oil, which prevent damage due to free radicals. They enter deeply inside the cell structures, and the mitochondria and stimulate the production of energy, supporting the functions of the body.
The role of the mitochondria is crucial in the fight against free radicals. These central components of cells create most of the cell’s energy from nutrients, but they also generate unstable chemicals that lead to damage to the mitochondria and other cellular components.
Therefore, this directly affects aging. However, scientists have found that the avocado oil is the miracle which can reverse it!
Dr. Christian Cortez-Rojo, the lead study design author, maintains that “avocado oil causes accelerated respiration in mitochondria, which indicates that the use of nutrients for producing energy for cell functions remains effective even in cells attacked by free radicals and that mitochondria can produce little amounts of damaging free radicals.”
Avocados are also high in healthy raw fat, and numerous nutrients, including:
- Folic acid
- Vitamin E
