30 SECOND WIDE LEG PLANK

HOW TO DO PLANKS

1) Plant your hands directly under your shoulders like you’re about to do a push-up

2) Keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart

3) Bend your elbows and rest your weight on your forearms and not on your hands

4) Stabilize your core and glutes while keeping your body in a straight line from shoulders to ankles

5) With toes pressed into the floor hold this position for the prescribed time

HOW TO DO WIDE LEG PLANK

Same as above except position your legs wide apart.

HOW TO DO PLANK LEG LIFT

1) Get into a plank position.

2) From that position, tighten your core and lift one foot off the floor.

3) Hold that position for 60 to 90 seconds for a set— then do the second set with the other leg raised, or switch legs halfway through each set.

HOW TO DO SPIDERMAN PLANK

1) Get into a plank position.

2) Bring in your right knee to your right elbow.

3) Extend your right leg back then return to the starting position.

4) Repeat on the opposite site.
